Me and a friend drove down to phoenix to visit her in laws and to enjoy the warm weather for my birthday. We were able to wear shorts and regular t-shirts without coats and jackets it was Awesome! Her family were all bundled up and thought we were crazy but we had to remind them that at home it was 5 degrees and below zero in most areas.

We Rode a mechanical bull for my birthday I dont have my pictures of me but here are my friends family. It was fun I stayed on for 4 seconds, but the other girl was on for all 8 yahoo!

This might be Erin's Halloween costume its a scrub top and pants that I made out of material I took from a pillow case and from old pants I didn't wear. I still havent decided what she will be and halloween is in 4 days! I suck lol. SO Erin won't wear this outfit she is afraid of the cats on it UGH. SO she found her tinkerbell dress and wore it for her costume.It has ribbons on the side to keep it shut!:}

THese sweat pants I made for Erin are way to big but they were the first I ever made and they turned out super cute so she will grow into them, they were a hoodie my mom had with Hakuna Matata written on it.
Erin's Grandpa Kevin (Brady's Dad) had some scrap wood hanging around his shop so I asked him to cut me some and I made this trick or treat blocks, I hand painted the saying.
Pumpkin carving for work ! I also carved one with hands on it since I work with Orthopaedic hand surgeons.

This mess was in front of my house for 2 1/2 weeks most of the time i had to park on the side road next to my house(lickily I lived on the corner)because i couldn't get into my driveway. They usually got there at six am and didnt leave til 5 or later most days. One day they hit the water main and I didnt have water until 9 pm!! but now they have moved their stuff down a block I feel sorry for whoevers house they are in front if now. I know how frustrated I was.

My baby turned two yesterday! We had a bbq at my moms house and pony rides. Erin had a blast running around with all the other kids. She didnt pay attention while we were opening presents so all the other kids helped me open them it was hilarious. The sky was gray and it sprinkled a little but it was nice and cool and that was nice. As soon as I get my pictures I will uplaod them! I cant believe she is two she is growing up so fast! the last pictures are Erin and Kamden on the way to Peach days. They had so much fun!

Knee surgery

i had knee surgery on 9~2~09. I had to get my meniscus repaired and my knee cap shaved to regular shape. i guess the dr found bone fragments and cleaned them out. so now i get to rest until tuesday its kinda nice yet boring lol. here ou some pictures.

Trip to Mcall Idaho

My mom, Isabella my niece, Erin, and I all drove up to Mcall Idaho on the 24th of July to visit my Aunt who lives up there. Huckleberries were ready to be picked so we got up there asap so we could make some Jam . YUM! the berries were HUGE. Erin didn't like sitting in the woods picking or playing so she just stuck leaves in her ears lol. Isabella didnt like sitting up in the woods playing with two 2 year olds either but we got a good load of berries.

Free swimming!

SO swimming took us an hour to get in because so many people were there they had to stop the line and only let in a certain amont when people left. But it was a blast and erin loved every minute of it even the ten times she went under or stuck her face in the water.
I love freebies lol! :} today at Roy aquatic center is free swimming for Weber county residents so me and Erin are going to go soak up some rays!

Hawaii or Europe

So my mom and I have decided we need a vaction, I have been to Europe before back in 2005 when it was cheap to go (damn Economy)and I have never been to Hawaii. My mom has been to Europe twice and Hawaii once, and I am not sure where we want to go. It most likey won't be until next year but I am not sure what I want to do. The Europe tour will cost $5000 for 16 days meals, hotels, transportaion included. Hawaii we would have to plan our own activities and it might cost $1000 or more. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions let me know. And what Island in Hawaii are good?

Somedays I feel so alone and it hurts bad, I wish I could just find that special someone who I can always be happy with. Instead I care to much and end up getting my heart broke every time. Erin had tons of fun on Easter, at first she didn't want to go out onto the grass and grab eggs, but eventually she did. As she was throwing them into her basket one opened and she noticed the CANDY!!! so every egg she picked up from then on she had to open lol. Giving kids candy at 830 am was not my idea but it was a good day. We took her four wheeler out that she got for christmas and played outside all day.

Her Pillows range from $12 and up depending on the design and size. She also has at set for all holidays at $75 and up. I think there are 15 pillows in it. I'll ask her and make sure. Here are just a few of her finished pillows.

This is a first aid kit. perfect for homes, cars, RVs, camping or anywhere. It includes 12 bags with first aid items in each one. They are $10 each. I have plenty of colors avail if you would like a diff color.

So I found out my CT was normal and nothing was wrong so the DR sent me to have a colonoscopy!!!! :{ Not fun at all, the prep was the worst thing in the world, you take a bunch of laxative and drink Gatorade, Bleh not a fun night. Well after that the Dr who did the colonoscopy told me everything was normal and healthy. But I am still having side pain and am considering being a unsolved mystery I don't want to do any more tests for now we will see what happens! I had over a week off of work and that was the best part although I was sick the whole time.

What is going on?

SO I have had a stomachache and Left side pain for the past two weeks now. And No I am NOT prego, already checked. lol. I went to the DR on monday and she took an Xray of my abdomen to see what was going on and noticed I had gas all around my bowels except the right side where stool was forming, and she told me stool should be forming on the left side so she was worried something was blocking it. So she has me drink water and eat bread for 24 hours to see if it would clear. Well thursday came and I was still feeling sick so she checked my Xray again and noticed a white blob on my left side and hurried and ordered me a CT scan. She is worried my spleen is enlarged and pushing on my Large intestine. So I ahd the CT friday and they had me drink some "YUMMY" Barium. Man I thought I was going to be so sick after drinking that, it was supposedly Berry flavored. I think if it was just plain it would have been easier to drink. The CT scan only took 15 minutes and the iv they put in me made me feel like i was warm all over and peeing my pants but the gal told me that was normal and I really wasn't peeing. lol. When I was done the gal who did it told me my results will be in on monday, but my DR told me they would be done friday afternoon so I called and the DR was out for the day. GREAT... I made an appointment for Monday so wish me luck in finding out whats wrong I hope its nothing bad, something easy they can fix.

***UPDATE*** the insurance company came today and investigated our damage and wrote Brady a check for $3,300!! That's nice but when we had an estimate of the roof from a professional he said it will cost us $3300 so we will probably end up doing it ourself to say money and be able to do out awning and possibly save some money!!

So on 11/20/2008 the wind was blowing very hard and I think created a tornado in my yard here are some pictures of my fence, awning and lawn furniture ripped apart!

We had to cut down half of my huge tree because it was so heavy it started to crack the trunk and pull it away. So my dad,mom and I decided to do it before the weather got bad, and good thing we did it the week before the the snow strom, and it would have fallen on my back fence into my neighbors yard, and I really didn't want to mess with the insurance company if it had fallen. We loaded up my parents 4 horse, horse trailer with over 2,000 pounds of branches and leaves! Here is a befor and after picture so you can see how much came off.

We went to Wendover on Sunday because Brady turned 21 it was so much fun, We stayed in The Nugget in a Jacuzzi suite. Well the first hour Brady hit a Royal Flush on the Poker slot game and won $1000 dollars, and then $200 more on another slot. It was so exciting and fun. We played a few table games but had the most fun on the slots so we kept doing that.We went to all the casino's in town our favorite was the Nugget and Montego Bay they were joined so it was easy to get back and forth. We stayed up til 2:00 Am playing,We left on Monday after noon after we visited some shops and ended up bringing home $1,800 it was Awesome. We went on a shopping spree and got some new clothes and things we have wanted to buy. I'll post pictures when we get the but I didn't take to many because we left the camera in our room.

So alot has been going on this past week, Erin went to the Dr on MOnday and she weighed 17 lbs 5 oz, she is 28 in long. Such a small girl... She is in the 12th percentile for height and weight, but her head is 50th percentile, so she has a big head for her body but that is ok she can be a smarty pants. She pointed at her Dr when he came in and he said that is a good sign, babies don't usually point until 18 months he told me. Then as soon as he put on his gear she began screaming and he said it is because she remembered who he was from the last time, but I think it was because he looked scary and was checking her body parts. Also we had Erin's first birthday pictures taken a few days before her birthday so as soon as I get them loaded I will put them on here. And we have to finish our master bath vanity and our house will be complete and we have an appraiser soming to tell us how much our home is worth now, but not to sale because as everyone knows this market is crap. So we are just going to find out how much we accrued from all are hard work.

We went to Seven Peaks August 2nd for my Sister's 14th Birthday It was so much fun!Erin Didn't like the cold water at first but got used to it and had fun splashing and kicking. She had even more fun at the hotel pool I thnk because there wasn't as many people.

My New Kitchen Is Done!

After months and months of work we have finally finished our Kitchen. YaY! I love now brady wants to paint the house and sale it but I don't want to because it is finally the way I want it.. We'll see I guess the way the market is going. We painted the cabinets white anfter anding down the ugly wood veneer. We got black with gray specks for the countertop and bought a new oven and dishwasher. I will post before pictures as soon as I can download them. Erin really liked watching I hope she enjoys her new kitchen.

poor Isabella, Erin's cousin, broke her arm last night. she had to go to primary children's to have surgery to place pins in it. But she has been very brave and not cried and we want her to get well soon!

Erin is such a big girl she can sit up by herself and is laughing all the time. I can't believe that she is already 8 months old it is flying by so fast!

This is the dress that Erin wore for her 6 month pictures, I tried playing photographer but she wanted nothing to do with me. We had them taken on St. Patrick's day right after we had her ears pierced with cute, pink earrings. She only cried for a second until I picked her up and held her. Brady couldn't watch so he left the store while it happened.

Brady and I wanted children but not as fast as we were blessed, I got pregnant In January 2007 and I was really excited and hoping for a boy. Brady wanted a girl, in April '07 we were told it might be a girl, and the next appointment in May '07 we found out we were having a girl!! I called my mom and told her and she was upset because she wanted a grandson and had already bought tons of boy clothes. We had a very hard time picking a name what I liked Brady didn't like and what Brady liked I didn't like. All until one day when I said I liked the name Lily and Brady said he like Erin and we put it together as Erin Lily, that night as I was trying to fall asleep I busted up laughing and Brady asked what was so funny, I said "Her initials will be E L F, as Elf what if she's short or has pointed ears!" He told me it would be OK it was cute. Well on September 12, 2007 I was at work and my water broke. I was 38 weeks pregnant exactly. I went to the Dr, then I went home and ate, then I came to the hospital and after 7 hours of pain i opted for the epidural and 3 hours later Erin Lily was born at 3:41 am on September 13, 2007.
